At Cheeky Monkey Toys, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a style isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
